Volunteer Staff

Are you interested in in serving as short-term missionary staff at Hickory Cove, whether for the summer or for any of our year-round camps and retreats?

Serving on staff at Hickory Cove is much more than a great camp ministry experience. Our goal for all of our staff is that they come to a deeper understanding of what it means to be a disciple-maker. The camp staff experience is an opportunity for committed Christ-followers to be trained, discipled, and then “go make disciples” (Matt. 28:19). If you are ready to seriously accept the challenge that our Lord gave us just prior to His ascension to “go make disciples,” then Hickory Cove is just the place to help you reach for the next level.

The process for applying for a position at Camp is as follows:

• Download and fill out out a Staff Application and mail it to: Hickory Cove Bible Camp, 170 Ferguson Lane, Taylorsville, NC 28681. The application deadline is April 16th.
• The last four pages are two reference forms. Please ask two people (not family members) to fill them out and mail it in for you at the same address. Follow up to make sure your references send your forms to us ASAP. We cannot process your application until we receive your references.
• We will be in touch with you for an interview as soon as we have received and processed your application.
