Keith and Beth bring a wealth of Christian camp management experience to Hickory Cove. Keith began his camp ministry 30 years ago and has served in all areas of camp management, including maintenance, programming and executive management. More than 20 years of his experience has been at camps in North and South Carolina, including Camp Willow Run in Littleton, NC, where he was Camp Director for more than nine years.
Keith has also been involved in camp leadership through Christian Camp and Conference Association (CCCA). He served as president and secretary/treasurer of the CCCA Carolinas/Virginias Section and has also served with the national CCCA organization as Southeast Region Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation Camp Administration from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX.
Keith and Beth have been married for more than 30 years in July 2007 and actually met at a Camp in South Carolina. The Moores have three children: Matt, who is a graduate of Clemson University, Nathan, who is working on his degree in Physical Therapy at Medical University of South Carolina, and Sarah, who plans to begin at North Greenville University in the fall or 2007. Katie is their foreign exchange daughter from Germany, who lived with the Moores in 2006-2007.
