Financial Policy

  • Summer Camp – A separate application fee for summer camp is required to reserve a spot for your child’s session and does not apply towards the balance of the registration fee.  The balance of the summer camper registration fee is due by May 1st.  Any cancellation made before May 1st will receive a full refund on the registration fee (application fees are non-refundable).
  • Family WeekendA non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve a spot for your Family Weekend session.  The balance of the Family Weekend registration fee is due by May 1st.  Any cancellation made before May 1st will receive a full refund on the registration fee (deposits are non-refundable).
  • Mother-Daughter Weekend & Lumberjack WeekendA non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve a spot for Mother-Daughter Weekend and Lumberjack Weekend sessions.  The balance of the registration fee is due 3 weeks prior to the session start date.  Any cancellation made before this deadline will receive a full refund on the registration fee (deposits are non-refundable).
  • Leaders-in-Training/Counselors-in-Training – A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve a spot for a Leaders-in-Training and Counselors-in-Training sessions.  The balance of the registration fee is due by April 15th.  Any cancellation made before April 15th will receive a full refund on the registration fee (deposits are non-refundable).

Sibling Discount

If you’re registering two or more children for summer camp, you’ll receive a 10% Sibling Discount on the second and subsequent children’s registrations (least expensive applicant). Discount applies to each session for the second and subsequent children. Discount does not apply to family camps (Family Weekend, Mother-Daughter Weekend, Lumberjack Weekend, etc.)

Free Insulated Hickory Cove Water Bottle

If your child brings a friend to camp this summer, we’ll give you a free insulated Hickory Cove water bottle! (See online registration form for eligibility requirements.)

Financial Aid

A limited amount of financial aid is available for summer camp registration, family camp registrations, Leaders-in-Training, and Counselors-in-Training registrations for qualifying applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline to apply for financial aid:

  • Leaders-in-Training & Counselors-in-Training – April 1st
  • Summer Camp & Family Weekend – April 15th
  • Mother-Daughter Weekend & Lumberjack Weekend (Father-Son) – 6 weeks prior to session start date
