A separate application fee (for summer camp, Leaders-in-Training, and all family camps) is required to reserve a spot for your session and does not apply towards the balance of the registration fee.  The balance of the summer camper registration fee is due by May 1st and the balance for family camp registration fees are due 3 weeks prior to the session start date. Any cancellation made before May 1st (for summer camp) and 3 weeks prior to your family camp session start date will receive a full refund on the registration fee (application fees are non-refundable).

If you’re registering two or more children for summer camp, you’ll receive a 10% Sibling Discount on the second and subsequent children’s registrations (least expensive applicant). Discount applies to each session for the second and subsequent children.

If your child brings a friend to camp this summer, we’ll give you a free insulated Hickory Cove water bottle! (See online registration form for eligibility requirements.)

A limited amount of financial aid is available for summer camp registration, family camp registrations, and Leaders-in-Training registrations for qualifying applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline to apply for financial aid:

• Leaders-in-Training Program – April 1st
• Summer Camp – April 15th
• Family Camp* – 4 weeks prior to session start date

*A Family Camp is defined as any one of the following sessions: Mother-Daughter Weekend, Family Weekend, or Lumberjack Weekend (Father-Son)
